摘要
通过对5个月季切花新品种的比较研究,筛选出适合不同品种快速繁殖的培养基.结果表明:各品种的启动培养以MS+BA0.5为宜;各品种适宜的增殖培养基是不同的,阿班斯适宜的增殖培养基为MS+BA2.5+NAA0.02,金斯莱克为MS+BA3.0+NAA0.01,阿维兰为MS+BA3.0+NAA0.02,红衣主教为MS+BA2.0+NAA0.02,萨蔓莎为MS+BA3.0+NAA0.01;各品种适宜的生根培养基是1/2MS+IBA0.5;不同品种之间,同一品种的不同单芽之间的离体生长存在差异.
Some rapid propagation systems were established for 35 new cut rose varieties. The results indicate that the better medium for primary culture is MS+BA 0.5; that the proper propagation culture medium differs according to different varieties:Ambiance's suitable propagation culture medium is MS+BA 2.5+NAA 0.02; Jimthelanky's is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.01; Awayland's is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.02; Kardinal's is MS+BA 2.0+NAA 0.02 and Samantha's is MS+BA 3.0+NAA 0.01; and that the better medium for root initiation is 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 and the in vitro growth rate is variable by different varieties and different buds of the same variety.
