摘要
研究了3个接种时期和5个杂交组合对月季胚挽救效率的影响.结果表明:在含有0.05mg/L 6-BA,0.1mg/LNAA的MS培养基上,杂交组合阳光粉×阿斯米尔黄金的幼胚芽苗再生率最高,为88.6%;接种时期以50~80d的幼胚培养效果最佳,芽苗萌发率达83.3%,芽苗生根移栽后,其成活率可达90%以上.
The effect on the embryo rescue efficiency on Rosa rugosa was studied by applying three inoculating phases and five cross breeding combinations. The results indicated that the cross breeding combination of Sunshine Pink × Aalsmeer Gold had the highest regeneration rate of embryonic shoots as 88.6% on MS medium with 0. 05 mg/L 6-BA and 0. 1 mg/L NAA. It was showed that the optimum regeneration rate of embryonic shoots reached 83.8%, which was obtained by taking 50 - 80 day old immature embryo as explant. The survival rate of transplanting the regenerated plantlets could be over 90%.
