摘要
胚培养技术是月季育种中一项重要技术,其在克服远缘杂交败育及加速育种周期中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了国内外胚培养的研究现状,影响胚培养的各种因素及应用,并提出了展望,旨在为今后月季育种提供理论基础。
