摘要
目的探讨新媒体平台在介入治疗科轮转护士培训中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2015至2017年介入治疗科轮转的护士60名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用传统培训方法,试验组在传统培训方法的基础上加入新媒体平台培训。比较2组轮转护士的考核成绩,科室及患者的满意度及轮转护士的满意度。结果试验组轮转护士的考核成绩,科室及患者满意度及护士自身满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用新媒体平台进行护理培训在介入治疗科轮转护士培训中有积极意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effects of new media platform in the training of nurses in Department of Interventional Therapy. Methods Sixty nurses in rotation in our department from 2015 to 2017 were selected as the research subjects on the principle of convenience sampling,who were then randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The nurses in control group received traditional training,whereas those in the experimental group received new media platform training on the basis of the traditional training. The examination results of the nurses,and the satisfaction degree of departments and patients,and the satisfaction degree of nurses were observed and compared between two groups.Results The examination results of the nurses,the satisfaction degree of departments and patients and the satisfaction degree of nurses in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion New media platform is of positive significance in the training of nurses in rotation in Department of Interventional Therapy,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
