基于微信提升护理专业实习生带教质量的探讨 被引量:16

Discussion on Utilization of Modern Mobile Micro-channel Communications Platform to Enhance Nursing Intern Teaching Quality

摘要 目的探讨采用现代化手机微信通信手段,提升医疗机构在护理专业实习生学员临床教学中的可行性和效果,以改进传统的护理教学模式方法,提高临床医疗教学质量。方法根据实习入院的学员名单,将2014—2015年600名护理专业实习生进行编号分为奇数和偶数,并随机分为微信教学组和传统教学对照组;通过将护理专业实习生学员加入微信通信平台,利用手机微信通信平台终端将护理专业实习生需要掌握的临床护理基础理论知识和专业实践技能知识,以微信的形式传授给护理专业实习生,学员可对需要掌握的知识要领进行预习和复习;对照组为采用传统教学方法的护理专业实习生,在临床带教中没有采取手机微信平台;学员完成在医疗机构的实习期满后,专家对两组护理专业实习生进行相关专业技能测试与成绩对比。结果采用现代微信手机教学平台的护理专业实习生学员们,对专业实践技能知识、专业理论基础知识的掌握能力与考试测试成绩合格率普遍高于传统教学对照组(P<0.05)。结论医疗教学培训机构可利用现代化通信工具手机微信平台终端,能及时向护理专业实习生提供相关的理论自学教材知识,以激发其对专业知识的学习热情,同时又能行之有效地提高其学习能力、并增强自信心,良好的学习氛围提高临床护理教学质量,值得在临床医疗教学各学科间推广应用。 Objective To investigate the use of modern means of communication,mobile micro- channel,to enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of health care institutions in the nursing students clinical teaching interns to improve the traditional method of teaching model of care,and improve the quality of clinical teaching. Methods600 nursing interns in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected. The participates were randomly divided into micro- channel teaching group and traditional teaching group according to the list of internship students( odd and even number). Nursing intern trainees in micro- channel teaching group were added to the micro- channel communications platform,and the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing skills which they need to master were taught using a mobile phone micro- channel communications platform terminal for them to preview and review; Nursing intern trainees in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methods without stimulation of the mobile micro- channel platform. The test of relevant professional skills and performance comparison were done by experts after the nursing intern students fulfill nursing internship. Results The professional capability of professional practice skills and professional basic theoretical knowledge,test scores and examination pass rate were higher in micro- channel teaching group than traditional teaching group( control group)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Our medical teaching and training institutions can take advantage of modern communication tools mobile micro- channel platform terminal,timely provide relevant theoretical knowledge of self- study materials to students of nursing interns,in order to stimulate their enthusiasm for learning expertise,and their learning ability can be effectively improved,and their self- confidence can be enhanced. The teaching quality of clinical care improved in good learning atmosphere,and clinical teaching is worth application between various disciplines.
