实习生参与患者健康教育临床教学模式在护理带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨在临床护理带教中采用实习生参与患者健康教育方案的教学效果。方法选择该院2019年1月—2020年10月接收护理专业实习生60名为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组各30名。对照组采用常规带教,研究组采用在护理带教期间参与5~6名患者的健康教育,实习结束后对比实习生的出科考核(包括理论考核、操作考核、病历书写)成绩、患者满意度以及实习效果(从理论知识、操作技能、科研能力、临床思维、沟通能力、心理素质、解决问题能力等维度评价)。结果研究组出科理论考核、操作考核、病历书写成绩分别为(93.24±2.50)分、(36.54±2.24)分、(52.48±5.45)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.774、2.544、2.845,P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为98.89%,高于对照组84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.291,P<0.05)。研究组理论知识、操作技能、科研能力、临床思维、沟通能力、心理素质、解决问题能力评分分别为(2.25±0.45)分、(2.10±0.38)分、(2.09±0.40)分、(2.28±0.42)分、(2.31±0.42)分、(2.25±0.45)分、(2.27±0.43)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.284、2.636、2.081、4.130、3.291、2.768、4.066,P<0.05)。结论在临床护理带教中采用实习生参与患者健康教育模式干预能够有效提高带教效果,可提高患者对实习生的满意度,有利于促进实习生综合护理能力的提升。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of interns participating in patient health education program in clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group with 30 cases each.The control group adopted routinely teaches,while the study group adopted in the health education of 5-6 patients during the nursing teaching period.After the internship,compared the interns'performance evaluation(including theoretical evaluation,operation evaluation,and medical record writing)results and patient satisfaction and the effect of internship(evaluated from the dimensions of theoretical knowledge,operational skills,scientific research ability,clinical thinking,communication ability,psychological quality,problem-solving ability,etc.).Results The scores of the study group's theoretical examination,operation examination,and medical record writing were(93.24±2.50)points,(36.54±2.24)points,and(52.48±5.45)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.774,2.544,2.845,P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.89%,which was higher than that of the control group by 84.44%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.291,P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,scientific research ability,clinical thinking,communication ability,psychological quality,and problem-solving ability scores of the study group were(2.25±0.45)points,(2.10±0.38)points,(2.09±0.40)points,(2.28±0.42)points,(2.31±0.42)points,(2.25±0.45)points and(2.27±0.43)points,all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.284,2.636,2.081,4.130,3.291,2.768,4.066,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of interns to participate in patient health education mode intervention in clinical nursing teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect,improve patients'satisfaction with interns,and promote the improvement of interns'comprehensive nursing ability.
