摘要
目的探讨航空航天医学专业学员情绪智力与航空航天知识理论课成绩以及模拟飞行成绩之间的相关性。方法采用情绪智力量表(Wong and Law emotional intelligence scale,WLEIS)对2013级87名航空医学专业学员进行测试;用6台初教六模拟器分批次对87名学员进行每人6学时的模拟飞行培训。结果 (1)课程成绩与情绪智力没有显著相关性,但情绪使用能力与实践成绩呈显著相关(r=0.225,P=0.036)。(2)在理论成绩方面,情绪智力中间组成绩显著高于低分组和高分组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而实践成绩上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);情绪使用能力上,高分组的理论及实践成绩显著高于低分组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)女生理论课成绩显著高于男生,男女间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但男女生情绪智力得分上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论情绪使用能力是影响理论成绩和模拟飞行训练成绩的因素之一,需注重对学员情绪使用能力的培养。
Objective To investigate the correlation between emotional intelligence (EI) and aerospace theory scores as well as simulated flight performance in aerospace medicine students. Methods A total of 87 students were in- vestigated by using Wong and Law emotional intelligence scale (WLEIS), and six Nanchang CJ-6 were applied to students" simulated flight training with six periods each. Results OAcademic achievement was not significantly associated with El, but significant association between use of emotion (UOE) and simulated flight performance (r = 0. 225 ,P = 0. 036). QThe theory scores of medium EI students were significantly higher than those of low score group and high score group (P〈 0. 05), but no significant differences were found in simulated flight performance among different groups (P〉0. 05). The high score group had significantly higher theory scores and better simulated flight performance of UOE than the low score group (P〈0. 05). QGirls' theory scores were significantly higher than boys' (P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in E1 scores between different genders (P〉0. 05). Conclusion UOE may influence on theory scores and simu- lated flight training. Teaching of aerospace knowledge should pay more attention to improve the abilities of UOE.
