摘要
目的 探讨实习护生情绪智力与人文关怀能力之间的相关关系.方法 2015年6—7月采用情绪智力量表及人文关怀能力问卷对山东省泰安市某医学院的365名护理实习学生进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析分析二者之间的相关性.结果 实习护生情绪智力总均分为(4.97±0.38)分,护生人文关怀能力总均分为(4.75±0.67)分;Pearson相关分析显示,护生情绪智力总分与关怀能力总分呈正相关(r=0.460,P〈0.05).结论 实习护生的情绪智力和人文关怀能力具有正相关关系,临床带教人员应通过增强情绪智力,从而提升护生人文关怀能力.
Objective To explore the correlation between emotional intelligence and humanistic caring ability among nursing students.Methods A total of 365 nursing students of a medical college of Tai'an in Shandong Province were investigated with the emotional intelligence scale and the caring ability inventory from June 2015 to July 2015. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between them.Results The total average scores of emotional intelligence and humanistic caring ability among nursing students were (4.97±0.38) and (4.75±0.67). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of emotional intelligence had a positive relation with the total score of humanistic caring ability among nursing students (r=0.460,P〈0.05).Conclusions The emotional intelligence of nursing students is positively related to humanistic caring ability. Clinical teachers should enhance emotional intelligence so as to improve humanistic caring ability of nursing students.
