急性心理应激状态下飞行绩效影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Flight Performance under Acute Psychological Stress

摘要 针对急性心理应激对飞行绩效的影响因素问题,研究急性心理性应激情境下,个体情绪智力、应激状态和身体质量指数因素对飞行绩效的影响,以及紧张水平或脑力负荷的中介作用。45名男性受试者在飞行模拟器上模拟飞行训练6学时,5名模拟飞行教员对受试者的飞行绩效评分,采用情绪智力量表、应激度评估量表、NASA任务负荷指数量表采集受试者的情绪智力、应激水平和脑力负荷,并实时监测飞行过程中的心电信号。结果表明:模拟飞行考核过程中平均心率显著增加(P<0.001),心率变异性指标RMSSD,LF,HF显著降低(P<0.001,P<0.01);飞行考核过程中受试者的紧张度和脑力负荷显著高于考核前(P<0.001),且均与考核成绩总均分存在显著线性负相关(P<0.001);脑力负荷和紧张水平在身体质量指数、情绪智力以及应激度对飞行绩效的影响中具有显著中介效应(P<0.05)。急性心理应激状态下,个体的身体质量指数、情绪智力以及应激状态通过调节受试者的紧张水平和脑力负荷影响飞行绩效。 Aiming at the influencing factors of acute psychological stress on flight performance,the effects of individual emotional intelligence,stress state and body mass index on flight performance,as well as the mediating role of tensity and mental workload under an acute psychological stress were explored in this study.Forty-five male undergraduate students were trained on the Type-6 primary training simulator for six class hours,and the subjects'flight performance was assessed by five simulated flight instructors.Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS),Stress Rating Questionnaire(SRQ),National Aeronautics and Space Administration-Task Load Index(NASA-TLX)were used to measure the subjects'emotional intelligence,stress levels and mental workload respectively.The ECG signals during simulated flight were monitored in real time by pilots'physiological parameters detecting device.The results showed that heart rate during simulated flight increased significantly(P<0.001),while the root mean square phase difference of adjacent NN(RMSSD),low frequency power(LF)and high frequency power(HF)decreased significantly(P<0.001,P<0.01).Tensity and mental workload during flight were significantly higher than those of the pre-flight(P<0.001),and both had significant linear negative correlation with simulated flight performance(P<0.001).In addition,mental workload and tensity had significant mediating effects on the relationship between body mass index,emotional intelligence,stress and flight performance(P<0.05).Under an acute psychological stress,the individual body mass index,emotional intelligence and stress state affected flight performance by regulating the tensity and mental workload during flight.
