军队医院女性聘用人员心理健康与应付方式的关系研究 被引量:7

The relationship between mental health and coping style for female employed doctors in military hospital

摘要 目的:探讨军队医院女性聘用人员心理健康状况、应付方式特点及其二者的关系。方法:运用心理健康测查表、应付方式问卷对320名女性聘用人员进行调查。结果:女性聘用人员存在的心理问题依次是抑郁(30.7%)、躯体化(24.4%)、兴奋状态(21.8%);女性聘用人员更多采用的是解决问题与求助的应付方式;除兴奋状态外解决问题、求助与PHI各因子呈明显负相关,自责、幻想、退避、合理化与PHI各因子呈明显正相关;除兴奋状态以外,自责对心理健康各因子均有显著的正向预测作用,解决问题均有显著的负向预测作用。结论:减少消极应付方式的选择,能够促进军队医院女性聘用人员心理健康水平的提高。 Objectives:To explore mental health status, characteristics of coping style and their correlation of female employed doctors in military hospital. Methods: a total of 320 female employed doctors were tested with the Psychological Health Inventory、Coping Style Questionnaire. Results:The main psychological problems of female employed doctors were depression(30.7%)/somatic(24.4%)、hypomania (21.8%); Female employed doctors in military hospital were more likely to choose problem-solving and help-seeking; Except hypomania, problem-solving and help-seeking were correlated negatively with the score of PHI, self-blame, fantasy, withdrawal and rationalization were correlated positively with the score of PHI;Except hypomania, self-blame could positively predict the score of PHI, problem-solving could negatively predict the score of PHI. Conclusions:Reducing the negative coping style could improve the mental health of female employed doctors in military hospital.
