摘要
目的观察枸地氯雷他定胶囊联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效以及对患者血清Ig E的影响。方法将172例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分成两组,对照组(86例)给予枸地氯雷他定胶囊8.8mg,1次/天;治疗组(86例)在对照组基础上同时给予玉屏风颗粒5g,3次/天,疗程4周,治疗结束后观察疗效,并于停药4周后观察复发情况。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为93.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);停药4周后,治疗组复发率为18.6%,对照组复发率为44.2%,治疗组复发率明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后荨麻疹血清Ig E水平明显低于治疗前(t=13.25,P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后血清Ig E无明显变化(t=1.47,P>0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定胶囊联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,复发率低,能明显降低血清Ig E水平。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of desloratadine citrate disodium capsules combined with Yu-pengfeng in treating chronic urticaria and effects on Serum Levels of IgE. Method 172 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium capsules combined with Yupengfeng. The control group were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium capsules alone. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. Result The effective rates of the two groups were 93. 0% and 76. 7% respectively. There was statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The relapse rates of two groups were 18. 6% and 44. 2% re-spectively. The serum levels of IgE were significantly decreased aftertreatment by Yupingfeng powde （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Combining therapy is effective in treating chronic idiopathic urticarial. It may take effect through the re-ducing of serum levels of IgE.
