摘要
光学传递函数被公认为目前评价光学系统成像质量比较客观、有效的方法。给出光学传递函数的基本理论,介绍了目前国内外主要光学传递函数测试仪的数学模型、测试原理、基本结构和主要性能,并阐述了今后光学传递函数测试仪的发展趋势。
The optical transfer function(OTF) is well known as the more objective and effective method that is used in evaluating the optical system imaging quality.In this paper the fundamental theory is presented,the main OTF testing instruments home and abroad at present are introduced in our country and foreign,including their mathematical model,measuring principle,basic structure and main performance.The development trends of OTF testing instrument are also represented specially.
