摘要
【目的】研究平菇液体菌种最佳培养基条件。【方法】以生物量及多糖为指标，通过单因素和正交试验确定玉米粉、麸皮粉、豆粕粉、高粱秸秆粉的最佳用量。【结果】摇瓶培养基的最佳配方为：豆饼粉10～15g／L、高粱秸秆粉2g／L、玉米粉25g／L、麸皮粉25g／L。【结论】经过5d培养，培养液的生物量和多糖最多可达20．74和20．81mg／mL。
[ Objective] The optimam liquid medium of Pleurotus ostreats strain was studied;[ Method] The bese dosage of maize powder, wheat barn powder, soybean powder and sorgo straws powder was obtained by measuring biomass and polysaccharide of culture by single factor and orthogonal experiments. [ Result] The optimam medium feliquid strain was as follows： soyben powder 10- 15 g/L, sorgo straws powder 2 g/L, maize powder25 g/L, whest barn powder 25 g/L. [ Conclusion]The biomass and polysaccharide can reach as high as 20.74 mg/mL and 20.81 mg/mL after 5 d fermentation under the conditions used.
