摘要
通过用平菇液体菌种接种试验,结果发现,液体菌种的培养料以棉子壳与玉米芯两种主料搭配成一定比例比较适宜,其比单一培养料的生物学效率高,栽培方式以脱袋立式覆土法采收后灌大水的产量最高,且菇质优,提高了商品价值,降低了生产成本,增加了经济效益。
The results of the screening of Pleurotus ostreatus liquid spawn cultiv ation experiment are as follows,the biological efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated in mixed substrate which is mainly composed of cotton seed hull and corn cob is higher than cultivated in single substrate.The mode of vertical peel ed plastic bag casting and irrigating heavily after harvest proved to be best,wi th highest production and top quality.
