战略联盟是现代化企业组织的一种创新 ,其运作管理兼具市场机制与行政管理的双重性。因此 ,如何通过协商方式解决联盟内部的各种利益冲突 ,防范种种可能的技术与经营风险 。
Stratagem allied is an innovation of modern corporation,which is run with the dualism of market mechanism and administration management.So,it becomes the core task to the stratagem allied management of high-tech corporation to how to deal with all kinds of conflict of interest among the allied by the means of negotiation.
