摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,一种以核心能力互补、对企业外部资源进行优化整合为主要思想的动态联盟管理模式,正成为许多企业的现实选择,企业动态联盟就是群体化核心能力形成的柔性系统。企业动态联盟与群体化核心能力的形成密切相联。企业动态联盟中群体化核心能力主要包括其系统构成、效果及运行等几个方面。
With the increasing of market competition, many enterprises select a virtual corporation mode based on integrated core-competences and reorganized outside resources of the enterprise. The author in this paper first analyses the relationship between virtual corporation and core-competence, and then inquires into constitution, system, effect and operation of the colony of core-competence in virtual corporation mode.
