摘要
通过对专利联盟运作中各利益体的分析,将利益体合理分为微观、中观、宏观三个不同层面,继而在此基础上对各个层面的利益体间的利益关系进行分析,提出了各利益关系的约束条件。
Based on construing the interest group in the operational process of patent allience, this article divides the interest group into the three levels： micro, meso and macro. Then it construes the interests relations to interest group in different levels, and puts forward the condition of restricting the interests relations.
