摘要
哪些因素、在多大程度影响着不同教师的学生评教结果,这是评教制度设计需认真回应的基本问题。本研究选择案例院校学生评教数据,从时间地点、学生、课程和教师等四个方面共15个具体指标研究学生评教成绩的影响因素,并对学生评教中非教学因素的比重进行分析。研究表明:(1)学生因素影响最大,其次是教师、课程和时间地点;(2)具体指标来看,学生年级、教师年龄、学生规模、教师职称、课程类型、教师所在部门、学生所在学院、课程性质、教室、跨院课均对评教成绩产生显著影响;(3)尽管受多种因素制约,教学因素总能解释评教成绩中的绝大部分内容。
What factors and how affect the students' evaluation results of different teachers,which is the basic question to the rule designer.In this study,we chose the case college to analyze factors of four aspects including 15 indexes on students' evaluation of teaching performance,such as time and place,students,curriculum and teacher,and to consider the proportion of non-teaching factors in teaching-evaluation result.Research shows that:(1)the student factors is of the most influential on the result,followed by teachers,curriculum and the time and place;(2)the specific indicators,students' grade,teachers age,scale of teaching class,teachers' title,type of courses,department of teachers and students,the nature of curriculum,classroom,cross department course influence evaluation results on teaching;(3)although subjected to many factors,teaching factors always explain the most results on teaching evaluation.
