摘要
目的:探讨阶段性目标教学在模式病房的应用及效果。方法:制定详细的阶段性目标,让护生承担责任护士角色。结果:经过1年的临 床教学实践,顺利完成教学任务,使护生很快适应整体护理工作程序。结论:阶段性目标教学不仅能充分发挥护生的积极性,而且可以提高基 础护理合格率,使病人满意度进一步提高,促使整体护理工作向更深层次发展。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the phased target teaching in the model unit. Methods: To establish detailed phased target and make the nurse students take the role of professional nurse. Results: In one - year clinical practice, the teaching target was accomplished successfully and the nurse students could also adapt the procedure of holistic nursing quickly. Conclusion: The phased target teaching not only can inspire the positive of the student nurse thoroughly, but also increase basic nursing qualification rate that can improve the satisfactory degree of the patients and further develop the holistic nursing.
