摘要
目的探讨临床带教过程中埘实习护生进行3个核心制度教育的有效方法。方法选择2006年度实习护生为实验组,2005年度实习护生为对照组。结合实习大纲,两组护生的临床带教方法一致,在实验组实习的前、中、后期,分阶段、有重点地增加护理核心制度教育。结果实验组护生有关核心制度的理论和操作得分高于对照组(P<0.05),差错事故的发生少于对照组。结论临床带教中注重核心制度教育能够提高护生对核心制度的理解和运用,减少差错事故的发生,提高实习质量。
Objective To explore the teaching methods of three nursing core regulations to students in clinical teaching. Method The nursing students in Year 2006 received education on nursing core regulations by stage besides the routine clinical teaching contents based on the teaching outline. The nursing students in Year 2005 acted as the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the nursing students in the experimental group got higher scores in the theory and practice examinations related to nursing core regulations ( P 〈 O. 05 ) , as well as less nursing errors in clinical practice. Conclusion Paying close attention to the education on nursing core regulations can strengthen nursing students' understanding and implementation of nursing core regulations ,which can reduce nursing errors and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
