摘要
近些年来,由于网络信息技术的迅猛发展,国家也越来越重视农村电商的发展,在国家各方面政策的鼓励下,我国农村电商也进入到了快速发展的重要时期。随之而来的是我国农村电商规模日益增大,农村物流业也成为了经济快速发展中极具热点的行业。这对我国促进产业结构多元化、提高农村农民收入以及增加城乡人员就业机会有着积极的作用。但是农村电商物流所面临的配送困难、基础设施不够完善,以及信息智能化程度低等问题也日渐突出,所以文章将选取2014—2021年湖北省25个国家级农村电商示范县作为研究对象,运用DEA模型对湖北省农村电商示范县投入冗余进行分析,进而对物流效率进行分析评价。结果表明,湖北省农村电商示范县的物流效率低下,物流资源分配不均和投入产出结构不合理,建议物流效率较低的示范县对其物流的投入产出结构进行合理化的调整,将其电商物流的发展模式进行优化,以提升示范县的整体物流水平。
In recent years,due to the rapid development of network information technology,the country has paid more and more attention to the development of rural e-commerce.With the encouragement of various national policies,my country's rural e-commerce has also entered an important period of rapid development.What follows is the increasing scale of rural e-commerce in my country,and the rural logistics industry has also become a very hot industry in the rapid economic development.This has a positive effect on promoting the diversification of the industrial structure,increasing the income of rural farmers and increasing employment opportunities for urban and rural personnel.However,the problems faced by rural e-commerce logistics,such as distribution difficulties,insufficient infrastructure and low level of information intelligence,have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper will select 25 national-level rural e-commerce demonstration counties in Hubei Province from 2014 to 2021 as the research object.The DEA model is used to analyze the input redundancy in the rural e-commerce demonstration counties in Hubei Province,and then the logistics efficiency is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the logistics efficiency of rural e-commerce demonstration counties in Hubei Province is low,the distribution of logistics resources is uneven,and the input-output structure is unreasonable.The development model of its e-commerce logistics has been optimized to improve the overall logistics level of the demonstration counties.
