摘要
本文基于2012—2019年东北三省夜间灯光数据与统计数据,采用空间自相关分析、超效率SBM模型、面板分位数模型等方法,分析东北三省产业转型对碳排放效率的影响。结果表明:东北三省碳排放效率2012—2014年逐渐降低,2014—2015年升高,2015—2019年相对稳定;碳排放效率空间集聚性先升高后减小;产业结构多元化对碳排放效率影响不显著。产业结构合理化在中、高分位促进了碳排放效率,产业结构高级化在中、高分位抑制了碳排放效率。
Based on the nighttime light data and statistical data of the three northeastern provinces from 2012to 2019, this paper analyzes the impact of industrial transformation on carbon emission efficiency in the three northeastern provinces by using the spatial autocorrelation analysis, the super-efficiency SBM model, the panel quantile model and other methods. The results show that:(1) The carbon emission efficiency of the three provinces in Northeast China gradually decreased from 2012 to 2014, increased from 2014 to 2015, and remained relatively stable from 2015 to 2019.(2) The spatial agglomeration of carbon emission efficiency increased first and then decreased.(3) The diversification of industrial structure has no significant effect on carbon emission efficiency.The rationalization of industrial structure promotes carbon emission efficiency in the middle and high quantiles,and the optimization of industrial structure inhibits carbon emission efficiency in the middle and high quantiles.
