摘要
目的:探索以CBL为基础的双语情景教学在MBBS留学生临床麻醉教学中的应用价值.方法:选取2019—2020年在安徽医科大学第一附属医院麻醉科实习的MBBS课程留学生,随机分为试验组(n=27)和对照组(n=23).在相同教学目标下评估两种教学方法的效果.结果:试验组的理论考试成绩、技能考核成绩及教学效果评价得分均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:以CBL为基础的双语情景教学在留学生的临床麻醉实践带教中取得了良好的教学效果和积极反馈,值得大力推广.
Objective:To explore the application of bilingual situational with CBL-based teaching in clinical teaching of anesthesiology for MBBS foreign students.Methods:The MBBS foreign students who were interns in the Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2019 to 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=27)who received the bilingual situational with CBL-based teaching,and control group(n=23)who received the traditional teaching.The effects of the two methods aimed the same teaching objectives were evaluated.Results:The scores of students’theory examination,skill examination and teaching effect evaluation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilingual situational with CBL-based teaching has achieved good teaching effect and positive feed⁃back in the clinical practice teaching of anesthesiology within foreign students,which is worthy of active promo⁃tion.
