摘要
目的观察探讨3D body解剖软件辅助教学在椎管内麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2022年1月在广州中医药大学接受理论课程后的手术室麻醉科实习学生76名作为研究组,在手术室麻醉科椎管内麻醉实践教学中融入3D body解剖软件辅助教学方式;另选取2021年3—7月于广州中医药大学接受理论课程后的手术室麻醉科实习学生另76名作为对照组,实施常规手术室麻醉科椎管内麻醉实践教学。比较两组学生在理论课程后、椎管内麻醉实践教学后的椎管内麻醉相关知识、操作实践技能、对椎管内麻醉实践教学过程中兴趣、带教老师对学生椎管内麻醉实践教学中的学习依从性评分,并统计学生、教学老师对椎管内麻醉教学的评价。结果在椎管内麻醉实践教学后的椎管内麻醉相关知识掌握、操作实践技能掌握评分、对椎管内麻醉实践教学过程中的兴趣评分、带教老师对学生椎管内麻醉实践教学中的学习依从性评分较理论课程后有所提升,研究组与对照组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生及带教老师学习效果、教学方法完全同意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在椎管内麻醉教学中,以3D body解剖软件辅助教学的教学方法,可以较为明显地提升对椎管内麻醉相关知识掌握、操作实践技能掌握、对椎管内麻醉实践教学过程中的兴趣及对椎管内麻醉实践教学中的学习依从性,获得学生与带教老师对椎管内麻醉教学的学习效果与教学方法的一致认可,效果理想。
Objective To observe and explore the application effect of 3D body anatomy software assisted teaching in spinal anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of 76 interns in the department of anesthesiology in the operating room after receiving the theory course in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research group,and 3D body anatomy software was integrated into the practical teaching of spinal anesthesia in the operating room anesthesia department.In addition,another 76 interns in the operating room anesthesiology department who received theoretical courses in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March to July in 2021 were selected as the control group,and the practical teaching of spinal anesthesia in the conventional operating room anesthesiology department was implemented.After the theoretical course and the practical teaching of intraspinal anesthesia,the scores of mastery of relevant knowledge,operation and practice skills,interest in the practical teaching of intraspinal anesthesia,and the scores of learning compliance of teachers in the practical teaching of intraspinal anesthesia were compared between the two groups,and the evaluations of students and teachers on the teaching of intraspinal anesthesia were counted.Results After the practical teaching of spinal anesthesia,the mastery of spinal anesthesia-related knowledge,the mastery score of operational practical skills,the score of interest in the practical teaching of spinal anesthesia,and the score of teachers'learning compliance in the practical teaching of spinal anesthesia for students were improved,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The students in the research group and the teachers fully agreed with the learning effect and teaching methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of intraspinal anesthesia,the teaching method assisted by 3D body anatomy software can significantly improve the mastery of knowledge related to intraspinal anesthesia,the mastery of operation practice skills,the interest in the practical teaching of intraspinal anesthesia and the learning compliance in the practical teaching of intraspinal anesthesia,and obtain the unanimous recognition of the learning effect and teaching method of intraspinal anesthesia teaching by students and teachers,the effect is ideal.
