摘要
信息技术的飞速发展使得数字资源快速融入社会的各个方面,数字化成为国家现代化进程中的重要驱动力,极大程度上促进了数字乡村的发展。数字乡村建设的最终目的是解决“三农”问题,其关键在于是否能激发农民的内生动力,塑造农民数字素养的价值。农民数字素养的提升是数字乡村建设发展的重要动能,也是乡村振兴战略目标实现的重要前提。文章以农民数字社交素养、农民数字娱乐素养、农民数字学习素养和农民数字商业素养为依据进行理论研究,为乡村组织振兴、文化振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴与生态振兴提供数字化动力。在农民数字素养提升过程中存在数字赋能不足的情况,通过对制约因素进行分析总结,进而探索农民数字素养提升过程中赋能乡村振兴的有效途径。
With the rapid development of information technology,digital resources are being integrated into all the aspects of the society.Digitalization has become an important driving force in the process of national modernization,which has greatly promoted the development of digital villages.The ultimate goal of digital rural construction is to solve the"three rural issues",the key is whether it can stimulate the endogenous power of farmers and shape the value of farmers'digital literacy.The improvement of farmers'digital literacy is an important driving force for the construction and development of digital countryside,and also an important prerequisite for the realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Theoretical research on farmers'digital social literacy,farmers'digital entertainment literacy,farmers'digital learning literacy and farmers'digital business literacy were conducted,and digital power for rural organization revitalization,cultural revitalization,talent revitalization,industrial revitalization and ecological revitalization were provided.In the process of improving farmers'digital literacy,there was a lack of digital empowerment.By analyzing and summarizing the constraints,an effective way to enable rural revitalization in the process of improving farmers'digital literacy was explored.
