摘要
青少年身体素养提升是国内外学术界目前探讨的一个热点问题。澳大利亚政府在提升青少年身体素养方面形成了独特的框架结构,有一定的代表性。运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑推理法,以《澳大利亚身体素养框架》为分析文本,对澳大利亚政府提升青少年身体素养的要素进行释析,并得出中国青少年身体素养提升的启示。《澳大利亚身体素养框架》以体力、心理、社交、认知4个身体素养要素为基本结构,形成了可动态调节和选择的身体素养提升要素体系。其中:体力素养强调通过体育运动使青少年形成一定的运动技能、身体管理和身体健康方面的素养和能力;心理素养指的是人对身体运动和体力活动所产生的内心感受与态度;社交素养侧重于建立与体育运动相关的人际关系的能力;认知素养强调以特定的方式认识和理解体育运动对人体产生的各种益处。通过分析《澳大利亚身体素养框架》得出启示:中国也应构建符合中国青少年身心发展规律的身体素养提升理论体系,并研制中国青少年身体素养监测方法和评价工具;将体教融合理念融入中国青少年身体素养提升机制中;完善中国青少年身体素养评测指标体系,并融入主动健康的内容;中国学者应加大参与青少年身体素养提升方面的国际体育学术交流活动的力度,促进相关研究的话语表达逐步与国际接轨。
The improvement of teenagers’physical literacy is a hot issue focused and discussed in academic circles at home and abroad.There is a unique framework for the improvement of Australian teenagers’physical literacy,which has certain representativeness.By using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and logical reasoning,and taking the Framework of Australian Physical Literacy as the text for analysis,this paper makes an interpretation and research on the improvement of Australian teenagers’physical literacy.The Framework of Australian Physical Literacy is based on four physical literacy elements:physical,psychological,social and cognitive,and forms a content system that can be dynamically adjusted and selected.Physical literacy emphasizes that teenagers can acquire certain skills learning,physical management and physical health literacy and ability through sports;psychological literacy focuses on people’s feelings and attitudes towards sports and physical activities;social literacy focuses on sports-related interpersonal interaction;and cognitive literacy emphasizes recognizing and understanding the various benefits of exercise to the human body in a specific way.By drawing lessons from the Framework of Australian Physical Literacy,China can construct an index system for the improvement of physical literacy in line with the physical and mental characteristics of Chinese teenagers,and develop an index system for the evaluation of physical literacy of Chinese teenagers.We should integrate the concept of sports education integration into the promotion mechanism of Chinese teenagers’physical literacy,improve the evaluation index system of Chinese teenagers’physical literacy and integrate the content of active health.Chinese scholars should increase the intensity of participation in international academic exchanges in the improvement of teenagers’physical literacy,so as to promote the discourse expression of relevant research and gradually integrate with international practice.
