摘要
研究了多聚磷酸和十二醇在石油醚体系中合成单十二烷基磷酸酯对纯度的影响因素,即以石油醚做溶剂,以多聚磷酸作为磷酰化试剂,通过单因素实验,对酸醇物质的量比、磷酸含量等反应条件和水解温度、水解时间等进行了考察。优化条件下制备的单十二烷基磷酸酯含量达93.89%,为后期提纯降低了成本。
The factors affecting the purity of monoalkyl phosphate synthesized from dodecyl alcohol were studied using petroleum ether as solvent and polyphosphoric acid as phosphorylation reagent.In single factor test,a series of influencing factors such as acid alcohol mass ratio,phosphoric acid content and hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time were investigated.The content of monoalkyl phosphate prepared by this process was of 93.89%leading to the reduction of cost for later purification.
