摘要
P4O10杂化桥接法合成单烷基月桂醇磷酸酯,反应过程中加入有机溶剂。实验结果表明:月桂醇与磷酸摩尔比为0.9∶1,PPA浓度115%,以正己烷作溶剂,在90℃下酯化反应6h后加水水解,可得到MAP比例达96.0%的磷酸酯。
The synthesis of monoalkyl phosphates(MAP) has been studied based on polyphosphate acid and 1-dodecanol by hybrid process, during the process, some organic solvent has been added. The experimental shows that the yield of monoalkyl phosphate reaches 96.0%,when mole ratio of dodecanol to phosphoric acid is 0.9∶1,the concentration of PPA is 115% and using n-hexane as solvent, react 6 h at 90℃, then hydrolysised.
