摘要
通过实验和分析确定了短碳链单烷基磷酸酯的合成工艺路线;讨论了聚磷酸质量分数、水解量以及甲醇与五氧化二磷的摩尔比对反应产物的影响;用红外光谱和31P核磁共振谱法定性分析了反应产物的组成。工艺路线以质量分数为125%的聚磷酸、水解量为0 8mol(以五氧化二磷摩尔数计)、甲醇/五氧化二磷的摩尔比在2 0∶1时较为理想。结果表明:产物含摩尔分数为85%以上的磷酸酯,其中单酯为65%以上。
The synthesis of short carbon chain monoalkyl phosphate was described.The effect of concentration of polyphosphoric acid(PPA),the amount of water added for hydrolysis,the ratio of methanol to phosphorous pentoxide(P_2O_5)on the conversion of methanol and the yield of the products were discussed.The products were analyzed by IR spectrum and^(31)PNMR spectrum.The optimum process conditions were identified as,the concentration of PPA is 125(w/%),the amount of deionized water is 0.8 mol(based on one mole of phosphorous pentoxide),CH_3OH/P_2O_5 molar ratio is 2.0 to 1.At the end of the reaction,the content of total alkyl phosphates can be more than 85%,the content of monoalkyl phosphate can be more than (65 %).
