摘要 为了有效地构建基于工程教育认证标准下的持续改进评价体系,基于成果导向教育(Outcomes-Based Education,OBE)的理念,以南京工业大学金属材料工程专业为例,制定了毕业要求和培养目标的持续改进体系的评价机制。毕业要求通过定量和定性评价相结合,依据所得的反馈结果评价了毕业要求的合理性。培养目标则是通过收集校外各方面的评价信息,对培养目标进行综合性评价。通过内外部评价机制所得的评价结果,为新的毕业要求和培养目标的持续改进提供依据。 This paper formulates the evaluation mechanism of the professional continuous improvement system with graduation requirements and training targets.The continuous improvement system based on outcomes-based education concept of the engineering education certification standard,taking the metal material engineering major of Nanjing University of technology as an example,has been established.The rationality of graduation requirements is evaluated by combining quantitative and qualitative feedback results.The training target is to comprehensively evaluate by collecting all aspects of information outside the college.The evaluation results obtained through the internal and external evaluation mechanism can provide a basis for the continuous improvement of the new graduation requirements and training target.
