摘要
结合湖南省工程机械产业专精特新人才培养需求,深入分析当前液压与气压传动课程教学改革现状和存在的问题,以工程应用与创新能力培养为导向,进行了课程的教学改革探索。通过优化课程体系、改革实践教学环节、融入产业课程等措施,实现了理论教学、实践教学、产业联动的融合,以强化对学生实际操作能力和解决工程问题能力的培养,为我国液压传动技术的智能化、高端化发展培养出大量专精特新人才。
Based on the demand for specialized,refined,and innovative talent cultivation in the engineering machinery industry in Hunan Province,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the current research status and existing problems in the teaching reform of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission courses.Guided by the cultivation of engineering application and innovation capabilities,the teaching reform of the courses is explored.Through measures such as optimizing the curriculum system,reforming practical teaching,and integrating industry courses,the integration of theoretical teaching,experimental teaching,and industry linkage has been achieved to strengthen the cultivation of students'practical operation ability and problem-solving ability.The teaching reform is expected to cultivate a large number of specialized and innovative talents for the intelligent and high-end development of hydraulic transmission technology in China.
