摘要
工程认证背景下,针对当前机械工程学科学生理论联系实际能力较差的问题,提出了以气动技术为载体的多课程联合综合实验教学改革方案,将气动技术、测试技术、电气控制与PLC 3门课程的实验教学内容有机融合,从课程建设理念、课程目标、实验教学内容、考核评价手段等方面重新构建了综合实验教学体系。以项目为导向,培养学生工程知识、复杂工程设计/开发解决方案、运用理论对复杂工程问题进行研究以及团队协作等四个方面的综合能力。教学改革运行近两年来效果良好,在人才培养方面取得了一系列成果,为工程认证背景下的实验教学改革提供了实践经验。
Aiming at the problem of the poor capacity to integrate theory with practice of the students major in mechanical engineering under the engineering education accreditation,multi-curriculums comprehensive experiment educational reform based on the pneumatic technology is proposed with the experiment in the curriculums of pneumatic technology,measuring and testing technique,electrical control and PLC integrated organically.The comprehensive experiment teaching system is established including curricula construction idea,curricula object,experiment teaching content,examination and evaluation method.Project-oriented is designed to develop students'comprehensive capacity in engineering knowledge,designing/developing solutions to complex engineering problems,applying theory to research complex engineering problems,and teamwork.In the last two years,the experiment educational reform has achieved good results.A series of achievements have been made in talent cultivation.The practical experience is provided for experiment educational reform under the background of engineering education accreditation.
