水煤浆耐火砖气化炉改为水冷壁气化炉的思路及可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 简述了水煤浆耐火砖气化炉和水冷壁气化炉的基本情况,基于两种炉型的特点,从工艺、设备、仪表和土建等方面介绍了耐火砖气化炉改造为水冷壁气化炉的思路方案,并进行了改造的风险和可行性分析。分析认为,耐火砖气化炉改造为水冷壁气化炉技术可行,安全性好,改造后拓宽了原料煤使用范围,气化炉从冷态启动到满负荷运行仅需5 h,单炉最长运行超过180 d,无耐火砖更换费用,经济效益明显。 The basic situation of coal water slurry firebrick gasifier and water-cooled wall gasifier was briefly described.Based on the characteristics of the two furnace types, the scheme of transforming the firebrick gasifier into water-cooled wall gasifier was introduced from the aspects of technology, equipment, instrumentation and civil construction, including the transformation risk and feasibility analysis. The results showed that the transformation of firebrick gasifier into water-cooled wall gasifier was technically feasible and safe. After the transformation, the scope of raw coal application was broadened, it took 5 h for the gasifier to run from cold state to full load, and the longest operation of a single furnace was more than 180 days.There was no firebrick replacement cost, and the economic benefit was obvious.
