摘要
根据气化炉耐火砖与水冷壁上使用耐火材料的成分的差别,结合灰渣化学成分以及水煤浆和干粉进料气化炉运行时炉壁的挂渣情况,从化学侵蚀、熔渣冲蚀、热应力变化等角度分析耐火材料在气化炉运行过程中的变化,探讨耐火材料在气化炉高温和熔渣情况下产生蚀损的机理,提出延长耐火材料使用寿命的建议以及气化操作注意事项。
According to the composition difference of refractory bricks and the material used on the water cooling wall in the gasifier, combined the coal ash composition and slag deposition condition on the innerwall of the gasification chamber of slurry feed and dry feed gasifier, the changes of refractory materials during the operation of the gasifier have been analyzed in the aspects of chemical erosion, slag corrosion and thermal stress, et al. The erosion and corrosion mechanism of the refractory materials under high temperature and molten slag was investigated. Based on this study, approaches to prolong the service life of refractory materials and precautions during the operation of the gasifier have been proposed.
