摘要
简介齐鲁石化煤气化装置技术特点及工艺烧嘴结构,对工艺烧嘴出现的冷却水系统泄漏、煤浆喷嘴磨损减薄及外喷嘴龟裂等故障进行原因分析。通过改进材质、提高检修质量、控制原料质量,解决了烧嘴冷却水系统泄漏、煤浆喷嘴磨损减薄两大瓶颈。
The paper introduced briefly nozzle structure and process technology characteris- tics of the coal gasification unit of Qilu Branch Company, analyzed faults reasons for leakage of cooling water system existing in the process nozzle, abrasion and thickness reduction of the noz- zle for the coal water mixture, crack appearing in the outer nozzle and etc. The two bottle -neck problems were solved, which were the leakage of cooling water system in the nozzle and the abra- sion ＆ thickness reduction of the nozzle for the coal water mixture, by means of improving mate- rial quality and maintenance quality, and controlling crude material quality.
