气化炉渣口压差高的原因及处理措施

摘要 气化炉渣口压差是气化炉正常运行过程中应该密切关注重要工艺指标之一,从气化炉渣口压差的定义出发,介绍了多元料浆气化炉和膜式水冷壁型多元料浆气化炉渣口压差的测量原理及方法,分析了2种炉型渣口压差高的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施。
