摘要
目的:详细分析2020年贵州省食品安全抽检总体工作运行情况,找出当前食品安全抽检中存在的主要安全隐患问题。方法:对2020年度贵州省市场监督管理局累计抽检发布的“关于食品安全监督抽检情况分析的通告”文件中附件数据进行归纳并综合分析。结果:2020年,贵州省市场监督管理局在官网上共发布了10次食品安全监督抽检情况分析的通告,累计抽检各类食品127045批次,不合格率1.71%,其中薯类和膨化食品、炒货食品及坚果制品、餐饮食品为当年全省抽检各类食品中合格率相对较低的3类食品。结论:2020年,贵州省食品安全监督管理状况虽然保持整体良好,但是仍然普遍存在着使用非食用物质、违规使用食品添加剂、超限量使用农兽药、生物毒素超标、质量指标不达标、重金属污染、微生物污染及其他污染物等安全问题[1-10]。
This paper analyzes the overall operation status of food safety sampling inspection in Guizhou Province in 2020 in detail,so as to find out the main hidden food safety problems.Data in the appendixes of the notifications on supervision and sampling inspection results of food safety issued by Administration for Market Regulation of Guizhou Province in 2020 were summarized and comprehensively analyzed.In 2020,Administration for Market Regulation of Guizhou Province released 10 notifications on supervision and sampling inspection results of food safety,a total of 127045 batches of food were inspected,and the unqualified rate was 1.71%.Among them,potato and puffed food,fried food and nut products,and catering food are the three kinds of food with relatively low qualified rate.In conclusion,in 2020,food safety supervision and management status in Guizhou was good overall,yet there were still widespread food safety problems,including the use of non-edible substances,illegal use of food additives,excessive use of agricultural and veterinary drugs,exceeding permitted levels of biological toxins,quality indicators not up to standard,heavy metal pollution,microbial pollution,and other pollutants.
