摘要
本文通过统计分析阳江市检测检验中心2018—2020年承担的阳江市食品安全监督抽检数据,探讨阳江市食品安全现状和存在的风险,为监管部门提供应对策略。在抽检的4727批次25个食品大类中,检出不合格食品共86批次,不合格率为1.82%,表明阳江市近3年食品安全现状整体良好;不合格率较高的前5大类食品分别为大宗消费的食用农产品、食用油、油脂及其制品、肉制品、淀粉及淀粉制品等,主要存在农药残留超标、兽药残留超标、生物毒素超标、违规使用添加剂等问题。
This article analyzes the data of Yangjiang food safety supervision and random inspection undertaken by Yangjiang Testing and Inspection Center from 2018 to 2020,discusses the current situation and existing risks of food safety in Yangjiang,and provides countermeasures for regulatory authorities.Among the 4727 batches of 25 food categories that were randomly inspected,86 batches of unqualified food were detected,with a disqualification rate of 1.82%,indicating that the food safety situation in Yangjiang in the past 3 years is generally good;the top five categories of foods with a high failure rate are edible agricultural products,edible oils,fats and their products,meat products,starches and starch products.There are mainly problems such as excessive pesticide residues,excessive veterinary drug residues,excessive biological toxins,and illegal use of additives.
