摘要
美国食品科学技术协会(IFT)高等教育评审委员会在2019年对食品科学与工程专业认证标准进行了更新,在新标准中应用布鲁姆教育分类法对食品专业"基本学习成果"进行了分级。对新的IFT认证标准进行介绍,并对如何将布鲁姆教育分类法应用到食品科学与工程专业教学改革中进行探讨,为开设食品科学与工程专业的高校申请IFT认证提供参考,为食品专业学生能力培养提供新思路。
In 2019, the Institute of Food Technologists(IFT) Higher Education Review Board updated all the standards of food science and engineering specialty certification. The essential learning outcomes are classified with Bloom education classification method. Introducing the new certification standards and the application of Bloom’s education classification to the teaching reform of food science and engineering specialty could provide a reference for the application of IFT certification and new ideas for the cultivation of students’ abilities.
