摘要
文中以食品科学与工程专业实验教学示范中心建设目标为出发点,全面系统地阐述了在省级实验教学示范中心建设条件中对于平台建设、实验教学体系构建、管理模式及其运行机制等具体建设内容中的工作方案与具体实施经验与成效,可实现推动吉林省食品科学与工程专业实验教学示范中心发挥其更加广泛的作用。
Taking the construction of the experimental teaching demonstration center in food science and engineering program as the target, this article stated systematically the working plans, the practice experience and the achievements in the construction of platform, experiment teaching system, management model and the operation mechanism, which will exert great effects on the development of the experimental teaching demonstration center in food science and engineering program in Jilin province.
