摘要
目的探讨产后延伸护理服务模式对产后缺乳产妇的护理效果。方法选择2018年12月至2019年12月在本院分娩的200例产妇为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分成观察组与对照组各100例,分别行产后延伸护理服务模式、常规产后护理服务模式,比较两组产后缺乳发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组产后缺乳发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论对产后缺乳产妇实施产后延伸护理服务,可显著改善产后缺乳情况,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of postpartum extended nursing service mode on postpartum hypogalactia.Methods:200 cases of puerpera delivered in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing method,with 100 cases in each group.The postpartum extended nursing service mode and conventional postpartum nursing service mode were respectively performed.The incidence of postpartum milk loss and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postpartum hypogalactia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of postpartum extended nursing service for postpartum lactation women can significantly improve the situation of postpartum hypogalactia and improve nursing satisfaction.
