摘要
目的探讨产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理对初次剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月武汉市江夏区妇幼保健院产科收治的97例剖宫产产后女性作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(49例)和对照组(48例)。对照组在产后进行常规护理,观察组在产后常规护理基础上实施产前乳房点穴按摩联合中医情志护理,比较两组产妇产后乳房充盈程度、泌乳时间、产后48 h泌乳量,比较两组产妇干预效果。结果观察组干预后的乳房充盈程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的泌乳时间短于对照组,观察组干预后的泌乳量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前乳房点穴按摩联合情志护理可提高初次剖宫产产妇产后的泌乳量,缩短泌乳时间,提高产妇乳房充盈程度。
Objective To explore the effect of antenatal breast acupuncture massage combined with traditional Chinese medical emotional nursing on breastfeeding after the first cesarean section.Methods A total of 97 women after cesarean section treated in the Department of Obstetrics of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxia District from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and numbered according to the order of medical treatment,they were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=48)according to random number table method.The control group received routine postpartum nursing,while the observation group received prenatal breast acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medical emotional nursing on the basis of postpartum routine nursing.The degree of postpartum breast filling,lactation time and 48 h postpartum lactation volume were compared between the two groups,the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of breast fullness in observation group after intervention was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation time of observation group after intervention was shorter than that of control group,and the lactation amount of observation group after intervention was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of observation group after intervention was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal breast acupuncture massage combined with emotional nursing can increase postpartum lactation,shorten lactation time,and increase maternal breast fullness after the first cesarean section.
