摘要
目的观察在产褥期产妇中采取产后康复治疗延伸服务对其产后康复的效果。方法将在我院产科近期(2018年1~12月)生产的产褥期产妇总计70例,按随机数字法分成对照组(35例)与康复组(35例),对照组采取常规产后服务干预,康复组实施产后康复治疗延伸服务。对照两组产妇干预前、后心理状态评分、乳汁分泌量、子宫复旧率。结果经过护理干预后,两组产妇SAS、SDS评分均有所改善,其中康复组各项评分明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。康复组患者子宫复旧率为100.0%,明显高于对照组子宫复旧率88.6%,且康复组乳汁分泌量明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组的护理满意度(100.0%)显著高于对照组(91.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产褥期产妇中,采取产后康复治疗延伸服务,可明显减少产妇产后焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,增加产后乳汁分泌量与子宫复旧率,提高患者对护理的满意度,效果理想。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of extended service of postpartum rehabilitation treatment on postpartum rehabilitation of puerperal women.Methods Seventy puerperal women who delivered in our hospital recently(January 2018 to December 2018)were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases)and the rehabilitation group(35 cases).The control group was given routine postpartum service intervention while the rehabilitation group was given extended service of postpartum rehabilitation.The mental state score,milk secretion amount and uterine involution rate before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of parturient women in two groups were improved.The scores of the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The uterine involution rate in the rehabilitation group was 100.0%,higher than 88.6%in the control group.The amount of milk secretion in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100% & 91.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended service of postpartum rehabilitation for puerperal women can significantly reduce postpartum anxiety,depression and negative emotions,increase postpartum milk secretion and uterine involution rate and improve nursing satisfaction of patients,which has ideal effects.
