摘要
针对三交河煤矿2-502大采高综采面高浓度粉尘治理难度大的问题,采用现场测定的方法,分析了综采面尘源浓度特性,确定了粉尘治理重点区域为机组司机处,重点内容为呼吸性粉尘降尘,提出了集尘源点高效喷雾降尘和含尘气流负压诱导自动降尘为一体大采高综采面立体化降尘技术。现场实验表明,技术应用后全部测点降尘效率均在75%以上,最高达到85%.
Aiming at the difficulty of controlling high-concentration dust in the 2-502 large-height fully mechanized face of Sanjiaohe coal mine,the on-site measurement method was used to analyze the characteristics of dust source concentration in the fully mechanized face,and the key area for dust control was determined as locations near driver,The key content is the dust reduction of respirable dust,and the three-dimensional dust reduction technology is put forward with high-efficiency spray dust reduction at the dust collection source and automatic dust reduction by negative pressure.Field experiments show that the applied dust reduction efficiency of all measuring points is above 75%,with the highest 85%.
