摘要
综采工作面在回采期间存在粉尘浓度大、能见度低等技术难题,山西煤炭进出口集团左云长春兴煤业有限公司综采队通过技术研究,为采煤机、液压支架安装了一套自动喷雾降尘系统。通过在303工作面实际应用效果来看,采用自动喷雾降尘系统降尘后工作面粉尘质量浓度由原来的270 mg/m^3降低为40 mg/m^3,降尘效率达75%以上,取得了显著的应用成效。
In view of the technical problems of high dust concentration and low visibility during mining, based on the technical research, an automatic spray dust control system was installed on the shearer and hydraulic support by the fully mechanized coal mining team. According to the practical application effect of 303 working face, the dust concentration of automatic spray dust control system working face was reduced from the original 270 mg/m^3 to 40 mg/m^3 after optimization, the dust reduction efficiency is over 75%, and remarkable application results have been obtained.
