摘要
针对超大采高综采工作面回采过程中产尘大的问题,提出在常规采用煤机滚筒内外喷雾系统降尘、架间自动负压喷雾系统降尘、进回风巷道设置水幕降尘、各转载点喷雾降尘系统除尘等常规降除尘措施基础上,通过研究应用、试点使用架间导矸防尘装置、全断面雾化捕尘网装置、水雾除尘器等一系列防尘除尘装置、技术,将工作面及其回风流巷道内的粉尘浓度降至安全范围,保证了井下的安全生产以及煤矿工人的健康。
Aiming at the problem that too much dust is generated during mining in the super-high fully-mechanized mining face,on the basis of conventional dust control technologies,such as internal and external water spray system for coal shearer drum,automatic negative pressure spray system between supports,water curtains in the inlet and return air tunnels,and water spray system at each transferring point,the between-supports gangue-guiding dust control device,full-section dust capture mesh,atomized water dust suppressor are tested and applied,which has brought the dust concentration in the working face and the return air flow roadway within the safe range,ensuring the safety of underground production and the health of coal mine workers.
