基于双角气隙的大推力凸缘式双向驱动盘式电磁铁研究 被引量:2

Research on the flange-typed bidirectional-drive disc electromagnet with large thrust based on the double-corner airgaps

摘要 针对电液控制系统对电-机械转换器强电磁力和双向驱动性能的需求,提出一种大推力凸缘式双向驱动盘式电磁铁,通过引入径向工作气隙,形成双角气隙磁通,减小了磁路中的磁阻,解决了平面式盘式电磁铁随着工作气隙的增大,磁阻增大,电磁力迅速减小的缺点,实现了大推力特性。通过建立二维静态磁场仿真模型,分析其不同行程下的磁场分布情况,探讨主要结构参数对其静态特性的影响规律并进行双参数变量影响分析。试验结果与仿真结果基本吻合,结果表明在0.45 A(5.4 W)额定电流激励时凸缘式双向驱动盘式电磁铁在1 mm行程内电磁力均在58 N以上,与平面式双向驱动盘式电磁铁相比,电磁力明显提高。 Since the electrohydraulic control system places higher requirements on the strong electromagnetic force and the bidirectional driving performance of the electro-mechanical converter,a flange-typed bidirectional-drive disc electromagnet with large thrust is developed;the radial working airgaps are introduced to form the double-corner airgaps,with a view to a lower standard of magnetic reluctance in the magnetic circuit. By contrast,the plane disc electromagnet has a decreasing electromagnetic force as the working airgaps widen and magnetic reluctance increases. Thanks to the above-mentioned steps,the flange-typed bidirectional-drive disc electromagnet benefits from its large thrust. The simulation model of the two-dimensional static magnetic field is worked out,in order to analyze the distribution of magnetic field at various strokes as well as explore the influence of main structural parameters on the static characteristics on the one hand and the effect of double parameter variables on the other hand. The experimental result,in accordance with the simulation ones,show that flange-typed bidirectional-drive disc electromagnet has its electromagnetic force of over 58 N within the stroke of 1 mm with the exciting rate current of 0.45 A(5.4 W). Thus,the electromagnetic force is obviously stronger than the that of the plane bidirectional-drive disc electromagnet.
