摘要
鉴于力特性是表征电磁铁性能的基本特性,基于力传感器和位移传感器等器件,提出了一种电磁铁力特性测试系统,介绍了其结构及原理,建立了测试系统模型,对测试系统误差进行了分析.通过试验研究了测试系统的动态系统误差,并对单向和双向两种特定结构的比例电磁铁的静动态力特性进行了测试.试验结果表明:该系统测试方便、测试结果准确可靠,适用于单向和双向电磁铁静动态力特性的测试.
As the force characteristics provide basis characteristics for electromagnetic actuators, the paper presents a test system of the force characteristics for electromagnet based on force and displacement sensors. Its structure and operation were introduced, and the system model was established, then the analysis of the factors leading to the systematic error was given. With experimental test, the dynamic systematic error of the test system was studied, and the force characteristics of two specialized structure of uni-directional and bi-directional proportional electromagnets were tested. Practical test shows that the system has advantages of convenient operation and accurate results, and can be suitable for static and dynamic force characteristics test of uni-directional and bi-directional electromagnetic actuators.
