摘要 针对磨机磨片的实际工作条件和性能要求,采用金相显微镜和洛氏硬度计研究淬火温度和回火温度对Cr26高铬铸铁组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:Cr26高铬铸铁的淬火加热温度宜选择在1020-1050℃,并在510-530℃回火3 h,此时洛氏硬度可达到62-63 HRC;回火组织为回火马氏体+淬火马氏体+莱氏体+二次碳化物。该工艺目前在某造纸磨机磨片上得到成功应用,使用效果好。 Aiming at the actual working conditions and performance requirements of abrasive disc of mill, the effects of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on microstructure and hardness of Cr26 high chromium cast iron were studied by means of metallographic microscope and Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that the quenching heating temperature of Cr26 high chromium cast iron should be selected at 1020-1050 ℃, and tempering at 510-530 ℃for 3 h. Under this condition, the Rockwell hardness reaches 62-63 HRC. The tempered microstructure is tempered martensite +quenched martensite+ledeburite+secondary carbide. This process is successfully applied in the abrasive disc of a paper mill, and the use effect is good.
