摘要
高速强力电磁阀是决定柴油机电控燃油喷射系统性能的关键部件。通过高速强力电磁阀驱动特性的理论分析 ,并在此基础上进行了大量试验 ,改变各试验参数 ,探索出各参数对电磁阀动态响应特性影响的实际情况。发现影响电磁阀关闭速度的主要因素是驱动电压的大小 ;影响电磁阀开启速度的主要因素是回位弹簧的预紧力但此力不能过大以免引起电磁阀工作不正常。这些结论为系统参数的选择和匹配提供了依据 。
Flexible control of diesel fuel injection systems, which is important in modern diesel engines, requires electronic control. High speed, powerful solenoid valves are needed for good system performance. Theoretical analysis of the valve was used to analyze the effect of each parameter on the valve's dynamic response characteristics. The driving voltage is the major factor for shortening the closing time. The spring pretightening force is the key factor to accelerate the open, but it can not exceed a limit. These results were used to optimize the valve parameters for an electronic control engine with low emission and good performance.
